We have setup an easy recurring ordering system for our customers who need things like syringes every month. You must set up an account with us to use this service. Place an order once and pick the reoccurring ordering option. Then pick how often you would like the order recurred and the order will be filled and shipped on the time table you have selected. You can pay for it in advance, or we can keep your payment on file to be ran every time an order is shipped.

Steps to do this to follow once we set the option up on the site.

Can I use promo codes and ecoupons in AutoShip?

You can apply applicable ecoupons and promo codes when you confirm your AutoShip order. In the "Payment" section of checkout, enter promo codes in the "Promotion / Savings Code" box, and the promotion discount will be applied to your order. Only promo codes that are active at the time your order ships will be applied.

What if an item in my AutoShip order goes out of stock?

If any of the items in your AutoShip order go out of stock, we'll email you before your order ships. Once an out-of-stock item becomes available, it will be shipped with your next-scheduled AutoShip delivery. You also have the option to order the re-stocked item before your next AutoShip delivery, and shipping's on us!

Can I return AutoShip items?

The AutoShip return policy is the same as all our sites. You can return a product within 90 days of the sale date and we'll issue a full refund. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. If the package is not in those conditions a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Can I set up multiple AutoShip orders?

You can schedule up to two different AutoShip orders, because you may not run out of syringes at the same rate as earplugs.

What if I want to skip an AutoShip delivery?

Just hit the 'Skip Next AutoShip Order' button on your order details page. Your AutoShip schedule will return to normal after the delivery you select is skipped.

Can I cancel my AutoShip order?

You can cancel your AutoShip order at any time, and there's no fee. Just hit the 'Turn AutoShip Off' button on your Manage Order page. You can also turn your AutoShip orders back on at any time.
